The beach at Sanará, the sea beyond the daybeds
Back on the beach, for a while

Sanará and the Real Coconut, Tulum.

A pop-up in the space on the sand that so many of you will remember. Nine nights, the rooms, the kitchen, and life woven through the days.

A moment to convene, to gather, to reconnect, and to see what is possible for our collective futures. Hosted by Daniella Hunter at the former Sanará Tulum location.

The pop-up runs for the full nine days, and you are free to book part of it, stay the whole time, or overlap days either side. Everything is offered à la carte: rooms, food, wellness and programming, so you can choose to participate at whatever level suits you.

The space

Back in the former Sanará space.

The rooms on the sand and in the jungle, the shala open to the palms, the deck, the beach, the kitchen at the heart of it. For these nine nights we recreate the same calm, the same care, the same sense of arriving somewhere that already knows you.

It is designed to be lived in together. Days that move between practice, the table, the sea and conversation, with room to do very little at all. Daniella will be in residence throughout.

The Real Coconut

The kitchen, open to everyone.

The breakfasts, the brunches, the smoothies, the tacos, the pancakes. The Real Coconut reopens in its own space for the pop-up, a little before and a little after the room dates, with brunch and a DJ on Saturdays and Sundays. Come by whether you are staying or simply in Tulum.

Questions

What people are asking.

Do I have to stay for the whole nine nights?

Stay for any nights that suit you between the 6th and the 15th, or overlap days either side. The pop-up runs for the full nine days, and you are welcome for part of it.

What does the room rate include?

The room, a welcome gift on arrival, and a 15% discount on your first wellness treatment. Food, the programming and further treatments are à la carte, so you dip in and experience whatever you wish during the pop-up, and pay for what you choose.

Will it really be the Real Coconut food?

Yes. Daniella is personally overseeing the kitchen, the sourcing, the recipes and the menus, and all of the Real Coconut favourites will be on the menu.

What about dietary needs?

The Real Coconut kitchen was built around grain-free and dairy-free cooking, everything made from scratch, and that is how it returns. Tell the kitchen anything specific when you book and you will be looked after.

Are the rooms fragrance-free?

Yes. The Sanará standards apply to the rooms during the pop-up: natural, unfragranced laundry detergent and unfragranced cleaning products throughout.

Can I come to the Real Coconut or an event without staying?

Yes. The Real Coconut is open to everyone, and so is the programming. Come by whether you are staying with us or simply in Tulum.

How do I book a room?

Leave your details on this page and you will hear from Daniella first. She connects you directly with the reservations team at Colibri Hotels, who handle the booking itself, and she stays copied on the thread to answer anything about the days.

What will be happening each day?

Morning practice in the shala, sound healing at sunset, talks and workshops through the afternoons, a community barbecue on the beach, and the Sunday gathering. The schedule is being shaped now and will be shared with everyone who has left their details.

Can I bring my family?

Several of the rooms sleep three or four, and there are two-bedroom and family suites. Tell the reservations team who is coming and they will find the right room.
